You can set up different ticket types to match your event needs, such as free, paid, or donation-based tickets. You can also edit existing ticket details like price, sales dates, or quantity.

Before you start #

  • Only vendor can create and edit ticket types.
  • You can’t change ticket type once sales have ended.

How to create a new ticket type #

  1. Log in to vendor account.
  2. Go to vendor dashboard.
  3. Click Event.
  4. Click event you want to edit and click Tickets & Pricing.
  5. Set details like name, price, and quantity.
  6. Save your changes.

How to edit an existing ticket type #

  1. Go to your vendor dashboard.
  2. Select Event.
  3. Find the event of ticket type you want to update and click Tickets & Pricing.
  4. Adjust the details (price, quantity, sales start/end date, etc.).
  5. Save your changes.
