You can set up different ticket types to match your event needs, such as free, paid, or donation-based tickets. You can also edit existing ticket details like price, sales dates, or quantity.
Before you start #
- Only vendor can create and edit ticket types.
- You can’t change ticket type once sales have ended.
How to create a new ticket type #
- Log in to vendor account.
- Go to vendor dashboard.
- Klik Event.
- Click event you want to edit and click Tickets & Pricing.
- Set details like name, price, and quantity.
- Save your changes.
How to edit an existing ticket type #
- Go to your vendor dashboard.
- Select Event.
- Find the event of ticket type you want to update and click Tickets & Pricing.
- Adjust the details (price, quantity, sales start/end date, etc.).
- Save your changes.
